I’m David Allen with the REALTEAM Real Estate Center. I was born in raised in Wisconsin. Growing up I was taught a strong work ethic and that people are more important than money.
My wife and I with our 6 children have been in northern Idaho for over 20 years. During that time I worked for a land company for 10 years selling and helping develop land. My boss passed away and I got my Idaho real estate license. I’ve been an agent in Idaho for over 5 ½ years now. I have taken all of the classes to become a real estate broker and passed the state and federal exams. I just don’t care about the piece of paper on the wall or designation on my card.
Over the years I’ve kept to my strong ethical upbringing. As you can see from the testimonies below it has paid off richly with loyal friends and clients. A person could talk all day about himself but who’d believe it? I’ll let a handful of the many thankful letters and e-mails tell you the story.
We have known Dave for 5+ years and now he is helping us sell our home. He has several times gone beyond his "line of duty" in both personal and business matters pertaining to our house.
